hat first begins
as a journey to physical health often becomes a spiritual quest. Yolanda opened
Quiet Mind Healing 20 years ago with a commitment to support this process within
her yoga communities. As physical restrictions open, their subtle causes are
revealed, and Yolanda’s work targets these unseen causes of struggle and pain.
he body is a template of every experience
ever lived. Traumas, abuses, and injury are stored deep within the organs, muscles,
cells, and brain tissue, and eventually manifest in chronic physical and emotional
pain. Yolanda is Nationally Certified in Bodywork and Therapeutic Massage, with
extensive training and experience as a professional healer. For many years her
focus was Neuromuscular Therapy and chronic pain, however she found that to truly
heal pain requires not only structural correction, but also the cellular release
of traumatic memories…and she has committed to master facilitating this. With
this intention, her work currently combines CranioSacral Therapy, SomatoEmotional
Release, Emotional Energy Release, brain tissue release, and of course Yoga Therapy.
She also apprentices with the Upledger Institute, and is heavily involved in
their advanced curriculum (www.upledger.com).
With Yolanda’s ongoing support, her clients move through chronic symptoms and
experience rapid personal growth, greater health, and deeper joy.

Pain Cycle
ll Yolanda’s work is based on her lifelong relationship with yoga, and first relaxes the central nervous system and breath, then begins to unravel engrained patterns of stress and pain. CranioSacral Therapy works primarily to balance the membrane system surrounding the brain and spine, which ultimately governs all aspects of health and consciousness. Advanced yogic practices also accomplish this. Yolanda’s
clients view healing as a continual process of awareness and transformation.
and most choose to practice yoga and meditation to accelerate the process.
